Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide
Stanislaus National Forest
Just north of Yosemite lies the Stanislaus National Forest. Three river systems drain the area. From north to south they are the Mokelumne, the Stanislaus, and the Tuolumne rivers. The majority of our guiding is done on the Stanislaus River. The South and middle forks of the "Stan" are easily accessible via Hwy 108 East of Sonora. The North fork is accessed on Hwy 4 out of Angels Camp. Both Sonora and Angels Camp are ideal to base out of for fishing In the Stanislaus National Foreast.
